We offer mini-learning sessions in shape theory, design, and pattern recognition. These live or recorded sessions are delivered online through our platform. You may schedule a session by selecting available dates and times.

Scheduling and Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session without penalty up to 48 hours before the session start time by contacting us via contact form. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may not be accepted or may incur a fee.

2. Information Products

Our information products include e-books, tutorials, and video courses related to shape theory and design. Access is granted upon completion of purchase.

3. Goods

We offer physical items such as shape-themed kits and learning materials. Shipping and handling details are provided at checkout.

4. Payment Terms

All purchases must be paid in full before access is granted or items are shipped. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely by our third-party provider.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Full refunds for service fees are available if you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled session. To request a refund, contact us via contact form. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Services canceled within 48 hours of the session start are not eligible for a refund.

Alternatively, you may reschedule a session without penalty up to 48 hours before the session start time.

5.2 Information Products

You may request a cancellation and full refund for information products within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the content. To initiate the process, contact us via contact form. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. To arrange a return, contact us via contact form. After we receive and inspect the items, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ShapesLab, including course materials, designs, and documentation, is owned by ShapesLab or its licensors and is protected by applicable rights. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShapesLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, products, or Site. Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the service or product in question.
